Hoiwa Oy is implementing the Hoiwa AI-HR development project, which aims to develop an AI-based HR assistant to support human resources management in the healthcare sector and other labor-intensive industries.The project will develop a solution that automates key HR processes, such as shift scheduling, payroll management, and HR support tasks. The goal is to reduce manual work, improve efficiency, and create a scalable solution for the international market as well.The project implementation period is July 1, 2025–April 30, 2026. The project receives funding from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) as part of the Renewing and Competent Finland 2021–2027 program. The amount of funding granted is a maximum of 75,392 euros.
