When you take shifts marked as “instant pay,” you’ll receive your pay in your account within 2–4 days—often as early as the next day. With Hoiwa’s incentive programs, we want to reward you for your work and dedication.
Hoiwa’s recruitment process is designed to be as easy as possible. Register using the online form and answer the online interview questions. We’ll review your application, and then you’ll receive an update on the status of the process.
Once your application is approved, you’ll be able to download the Hoiwa app and view the available shifts. The employment contract will be signed once you select your first shift through Hoiwa.
