Easily place an order for your unit directly online

We will respond to your order request with contractual terms and a quotation, after which the order will be confirmed by the Hoiwa HR team.  

The Hoiwa HR team receives the order and enters it into the Hoiwa system for retrieval. Once a suitable caregiver has been found, we send an email acknowledgement to the destination (usually the destination's front office or team leader, but this can be specified according to the client's wishes.) The acknowledgement contains the caregiver's name, title, phone number and information about their driving licence or medical license.The destination's front office confirms the arrival of the caregiver to Hoiwa by replying to the confirmation message whether or not to confirm the arrival of the caregiver. Hoiwa always sends a written confirmation of the booked shifts.If the order or confirmation cannot be sent by e-mail, it can also be done by telephone. In this case, Hoiwa HR will send a separate message to the front desk staff of the destination, explaining what has been agreed with the team leader or the unit employee.

Checking made shifts & invoicing

Every Monday, Hoiwa sends an automatic check request for the previous week's shifts. This is to ensure that all the information on the shifts made is correct, thus minimising errors in billing.

Shift check messages and billing come on a per-unit basis.
